I've spent over 30 years in sales and marketing across travel, music, construction, retail and e-commerce - and ran my own small business for more than a decade. I've worked for start-ups, small businesses and inside large organisations, including at head office for the UK's biggest retailer.
I understand what it feels like when every decision matters - and how to make marketing practical, focused and commercially sensible.
How I work
Marketing isn't always about doing more. It's about doing the right things for your business - knowing what to prioritise, what to stop, and what will genuinely move things forward right now.
A few clear, focused changes nearly always beat a long list of ideas nobody has time to action.
Outside of work
Home is Great Dunmow, Essex, where I live with my family. Away from work, it's drums, travel, and a steadily growing vinyl collection.
Integrity matters to me. I treat every business I work with as if it were my own - with care, realism and honesty. I don't oversell, hide behind jargon, or recommend anything I wouldn't do for my own business.
